It also seems as though the podcast scene on iTunes has changed a bit.
Haha i guess this post isnt really to benefit the listener,
just more of a self-reflection really.
Anyways, I remember 2 years ago, I had lots of subscribers and
thousands of people downloaded my podcast.
I know i was unreliable, thus affecting my podcast,
but i hope someday to gain back just as many subcribers :)

The Future of SSS

Throughout the short lifespan of this asian pop podcast's life, I downloaded songs on someone else's laptop, transferred them to a usb drive and combined the songs using a media joiner, then edited (for the most part ^^;;) the kinks in the ep. When I downloaded all that media joining crap back in January, my computer took a critical hit and has been virus-infested since.

Now, My brother offered to erase my harddrive yet again (yes, I know, I'm hopeless..) and this means losing my media joining software. Hope it all works out in the end.

Korean Music Festival 2009!! (A Fan Account)

Yeahhhhh I was there ^^ of course!
I was totally anticipating Shinee cause
my friend and I were talking about it for like, a month.
But I also have another friend who totally loves SS501
so she got me all pumped up for them.

So we got there kinda late... ^^;;;
No free stuff... ToT
My friend and I took picture at japanese photo booths
so we got really caught up there
Well, i did because tohoshinki was on one of the tvs XD

Anyways, we were dancing to shinee in the car while my mom
was totally cussing out the koreans heading toward the Bowl.
Ahhh, whatever. I'm used to it.
But yeah, there were a lot more older folks than last year.
I don't know, that's what it looked like.
When we got there, we saw our other friends and fangirled w/them.

Then it started and my sister wanted popcorn, so I went to go get some.
Then I saw Brian from the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2!!!
Dude, he is soo hott!! >////<
He just walked by and I had my mouth open drooling

So I got back and Taeyeon was doing a duet w/ someone
I started cheering to piss my sister off
She is sooo totally S.T.A.N.D, or anti-SNSD
(STAND stands for 'stand till all nine diappear')

We waited 4 hours until finally Shinee was on stage.
Well, Baek JiYoung was earlier and I LOVE her song, 'Like being hit by a bullet'
And Son Ho Young, the MC was really hot ^^;;
Anyways, all three of us jumped out of our seats and over an ajumma and ajeosshi
to get a closer look at our lovely boys.
They sang Replay and AhMiGo and I got fancams ^^
but they're not good fancams cause we were kinda far...
Still I was screaming sooo much!!
They're so cool and they're outfits were cool, as usual.
But still 2 song?! 2?!?! WTF SHINEE. GTFO
At least they did'nt lipsync, then I would be pissed. :(

Then SNSD did their performance.
I thought this is probably the only time I can fangirl for them
So I took full advantage of the opportunity XD
thus pissing off the STANDs next to me...
My sister was listening to her iPod during the perf. how rude!
I was sooo into it.
They sang Girl's Generation, Gee, and Way To Go
They were so cute when Seo Hyun and Soo Young kissed Hyo Yeon's cheeks!

Then, there was the group that totally made my year, SS501.
I have some of their songs, but I only knew some of the chorus of some...-_-
but they played all the songs I recognized, so I was good.
They did Ur Man, Because I'm Stupid, A Song For You, and Deja Vu.
I was almost in tears! HyunJoong was soooo hottt~~!!!
Oh my gosh, my chest hurts thinking about it!
Yeah, they totally made up for Shinee's 2 song performance, I thought.

Yeah, they were the finale and we all went home, listening to Deja Vu in the car! *_*

I attended the 2009 JYP Tour in OC and it was AMAZING!
I saw G Soul (who will debut later this year) J Lim,
the one and only Wonder Girls (they're so pretty! and white!) XDD,
2PM (They're sooo hott >///<) and the legendary JYP!

Oh man, it was like a dream.
The first part of the show was lead by the Wondergirls and the last part
was JYP. The theme of his part was like 'Date night' or something.
I just can't believe I saw the Wondergirls LIVE!
And I was screaming the whole time 2PM was performing.
Geez, they are so unbelievably hot!

Oh yeah, on the last part of JYP's 'date'
the crew brought out this bed and JYP picked some lucky girl from the audience
and he tied her to the bed and the bed, like, rose up to face the crowd.
And he was all singing to her, he ripped his shirt and gave her a hug. :( Lucky girl.

But Dayum, the crowd was like 99.5% Korean.
My sister and I felt isolated :( but it's okay. :)
And another thing that kind of surprised me was there were a lot of kids
that were there. Probably there for WG, hehehe.
I got a t-shirt as a souvenir ^^
Man, this is what I love about L.A.
Until the Korean Music Festival in May!
